Position: Workshop Manager

Location: Goole

Salary: 30,000-35,000 + Benefits

Nicholas Associates (Engineering, Manufacturing & Technical) are recruiting for a Workshop Manager on behalf of a highly successful specialist equipment business.

The Role

• Manage the assembly of equipment ready for despatch and installation
• Ensure the workshop is kept clean, tidy and safe
• Planning the team workload including rota, overtime etc.
• Work to monitor and improve performance in the workshop

The Person

• Recognised Engineering qualifications
• Experience in the management/supervision of staff
• Forklift Licence
• Full UK Driving licence
