Role: CNC Turner / Programmer

Hours: Monday to Friday - Days

Location: Rotherham

Salary: 14.00 - 15.00 per hour

Job Type: Full time, permanent

Overview: My client is looking for an experience CNC Turner / Programmer to join their engineering team based in Rotherham.

The Role

• As a CNC Turner you will be responsible for setting, operating and fully programming or editing various CNC turning machines using Fanuc controls.
• CNC turning / machining
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Reading and interpreting CNC programmes
• Download and edit CNC programmes
• Complete all relevant documentation

The Person

• Previous experience as a CNC Turner or within similar role working to tight tolerances is essential.
• Ability to fully programme or edit CNC turning machines is also essential
• Ability to select and utilise various tooling
