Specialist Sub-Contract Quantity Surveyor

Our Client is one of the largest and most successful Building Envelope contractors in the UK, providing curtain walling, structural glazing, unitized, rainscreen cladding, aluminium window & door solutions to the construction industry.

Reporting to the Commercial Director you will be responsible for projects valued between 500K and 10M in the Health, Education, Leisure & Commercial sectors.

We are looking for experienced candidates who can demonstrate significant successes and a record of achievement in the commercial management of sub-contract packages together combined with management skills and the ability to deliver a project within the commitment of the contract.
