Position: Solar Construction Manager

Location: United Kingdom (Hybrid Working)

Salary: Up to £90,000 DOE

Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Working Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days a week on site

Key Responsibilities:



  • Oversee and manage construction activities across multiple solar sites throughout the UK.


  • Lead a team of construction professionals, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.


  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.


  • Conduct site inspections, assess construction progress, and implement necessary adjustments.


  • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.


  • Monitor and manage construction budgets, resources, and timelines.


  • Foster strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.


Qualifications:



  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.


  • In-depth knowledge of solar construction processes and technologies.


  • Strong leadership and team management skills.


  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.


  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the construction industry.


  • Relevant degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
