Shift Manager – 4/4 30k

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work with one of our leading clients based in Hull. The role of Shift manager is to manage the daily performance of production ensuring minimal product waste, maximum efficiency and strong product quality. All whilst adhering to H&S at all times and meeting customers specifications.

Daily duties of a shift manager to include:

• Continuous implementation of GMP
• Meet agreed service levels
• Responsible for all manufacturing efficiency
• Meet product quality and on time delivery
• Stock management
• Manage all daily reports
• Staff management – attendance, motivation and training
• Responsible for auditing scores

Ideal candidate for Shift manager position:

• Strong knowledge of quality controls
• Management experience
• Analytical approach
• At least 2 years leader experience
• Computer literate
• Strong working knowledge of food production and the practices

The working hours for this role is 4 on 4 off over a 7 day period. A fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to grow and develop their career with a leading manufacturer. Interviews will be taking place over the last week in May.
