Senior Site Manager - Permanent - Birmingham – Main Developer - Externals

Senior Site Manager required to work on a high value Residential Development - 500 Apartments, across multiple blocks up to 20 Storey.

You will be reporting directly to the Project Manager and be responsible for the External package of the building.

You must have already ran a full externals package on a high rise project, this could be in sectors outside of residential as well.

An experienced manager of externals and facades with experience of major projects and working for a main contractor.

You will have full accountability for all matters relating to both Facade and Externals including SFS, Composite Windows, and Brickwork, Roofs, Garden Areas and External works.

Located in Birmingham with good transport links

Overseen by an experienced Project Director and Project Manager, you will be joining a hardworking and dedicated site team, and have full responsibility for all internal works on site.
