Our client is specialist sub-contractor based in Birmingham that offer support for all stages of the construction process to a blue-chip client base on numerous projects including, student accommodation, river diversion works, 278 works, concrete frames, city centre public realm works. Their blue-chip client list to includes, BAM, Bowmer & Kirkland, Galliford Try, Simons, Wates.

Reporting to a Commercial Manager, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for the management of 2 – 3 live projects, measurement of works, produce monthly interim applications, agreement of valuations and variations, cost reporting through the construction phase of the project and agreeing final account.,

We are looking for experienced candidates who can demonstrate significant successes and a record of achievement in the commercial management of groundworks packages together combined with management skills and the ability to deliver a project within the commitment of the contract.
