The basics:

Job Titles: Senior Quality Engineer - machining and fabrications department.

Hours: 39hrs Monday to Thursday 07.30 to 16.30 and Friday 07.30 to 12.30 on Fridays.

Location: Redditch

Salary: £55813

Role and structure: Working closely with the site quality director, you will be tasked to lead a team of x5 quality engineers. Responsible for team delivery and developing the quality department.

Overview:

Working for a large manufacturing business that have plants across the UK we now require a Senior Quality Engineer to join the business to ensure quality procedures for the business are maintained to the highest standards.

The ideal candidate / Senior Quality Engineer may have some of the following, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually:

- Manufacturing and Quality experience in a fabrication, machining or metals process background.

- Knowledge of common inspection equipment used in fabrication and machining.

- Knowledge of problem analysis methodologies (i.e. 8D, Ishikawa, 5-Why)

Location: Redditch, Alcester, Solihull, Halesowen and Surrounding Areas.
