Our client is an established and respected 150m company, operating across the UK. The company delivers a heavily reinforced concrete structures service to the built environment. The Client base is established with blue chip developers and main contractors.

The company are looking for a Senior Contracts Manager, reporting to a Director you will be responsible for several schemes at any time and these will be valued at between 5m-25m. All of these schemes will be reinforced concrete structures. These can be in the residential, commercial or industrial sectors.

Your role will include, but will not be limited to the following responsibilities:

• Provide technical and management support over 4 - 5 projects throughout North London and Home Counties
• Ensure on time delivery within budget forecasted costs.
• Ensure all works carried out comply with current H&S and environmental legislation.
• Ensure objectives are set and performance is measured through appraisals and regular reviews.
• Prepare and deliver progress reports for external client meetings.
• Prepare monthly internal performance review reports for Directors taking full responsibility for all operational and commercial elements of the particular contract.
• Ensure all client expectations are met
• Develop and maintain a professional working relationship with the client.
• Lead timely project reviews with the project team

About the requirements:

• Previous experience in a Contracts Manager/Senior Contracts Manager position whilst working with a heavily reinforced concrete frame sub-contractor
• You must be able to demonstrate stability of employment throughout your career.
• The ideal candidate will be a self-sufficient problem solver & hold a forward thinking mindset.
• Have strong planning and organisational skills.
