Role: Sales Manager Metal Processing
Location: Home based, ideally you will be based in the Midlands.
Salary & Benefits: 30,000 to 45,000 + OTE 50,000 + Car/Allowance

Nicholas Associates Group is recruiting for a well-established metals manufacturing/processing business for a Sales Manager, to manage, maintain and develop customer relationships with both current and develop new business.

REGION

This a home based role, ideally you will be based in the Midlands.

KEY DUTIES

• Grow sales and margin profitably in line with the annual budgets whilst developing a sales and marketing process that measures, manages and the lead to cash process.
• Develop a robust sales pipeline with a wide range of targets to through effective Key Account Management.
• Actively seek new business development opportunities.
• Engage with existing, new and pipeline targets to actively promote the brand and develop key relationships

SKILLS & EXPIRENCE

• The ideal candidate will possess a proven history of achievement in a sales-based role within Surface Engineering/Treatment, Anodising, Machining, Fabrication, Galvanizing or related processes is essential.
• Driving licence is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Pro-active, always looking for new business opportunities.
• Critical-thinker and problem-solver

SALARY & BENEFITS

• 30,000 to 45,000 p/a
• Bonus (OTE 50,000)
