We are looking for looking for a Sales/Administration Co-ordinator for an expanding Research and Consultancy Company to the Construction Industry. The role will involve identifying potential new clients as well as developing existing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the Construction industry and also have the drive for sales.
Job Description;-
- Pro-actively calling contacts from leads identified or provided by the internal and external databases.
- Set up appointments for Business Development Managers with prospective and existing clients.
- Follow up on outstanding proposals.
- Provide feedback from clients.
- Make regular calls to existing clients.
- Assist with administration support.
Job Requirements:-
- Confident and professional telephone manner.
- Good knowledge of the construction industry.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Drive for sales.
- Excellent IT skills.
Salary:-
20000 to 22000 DOE
Hours;-
8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday
8.30am to 4.30pm Friday
