Key Responsibilities
Support the senior commercial team:
- Measure, price, negotiate and agree costs for variations to project scope
- Produce and maintain up to date procurement schedules
- Receive and analyse quotations, liaising with Contracts Managers and site agents regarding price, proven history, availability etc.
- Compile sub-contract orders for approval
- Produce and process formal sub-contract documents and certify interim/final payments and final subcontract account
- Attend and contribute to fortnightly Project Review Meetings
- Assist in the measurement/remeasurement of work sections
- Measurement and recording of works completed on site for valuation purposes
