Our client is an established groundworks and civil engineering contractor based in the Midlands. Formed in 1994, they have over twenty years experience providing outstanding groundworks and civil engineering services to a number of the Midlands' leading house builders and developers.

Reporting to a Commercial Manager you will be responsible for the commercial and financial management of 1 – 3 projects from point of award through to final account. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing costs with an end goal of maximising the project margin and ensuring delivery of payment whilst developing future client relationships.

To be considered for this position, candidates will ideally have a degree / HNC or equivalent in a Quantity Surveying with previous experience in a similar position whilst working for a groundworks sub-contractor.
