The basics:

Job Titles: Quality Manager - Automotive department

Hours: Monday to Thursday - 8am-4:30pm and Fridays 8am to 1pm (start times can flex to 7am or 9am start times)

Contracted hours: 40 per week

Location: Caerphilly

Salary: £48000 to £60000 depending on experience.

Holidays and Benefits: 27 + 8 bank holidays, Onsite canteen, company pension, Life insurance, free parking, enhance paternity/maternity.

Structure: Reporting to the site director you will be lead quality manager on site, supported by a team if quality engineers and inspector.

Overview:

Working for a large manufacturing business that have plants across the globe we now require a Quality Manager to join the business to ensure quality procedures for the business are maintained to the highest standards.

The ideal candidate / Quality Manager may have some of the following, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually:

- Manufacturing and Quality experience in a fabrication, machining or special process background.

- Knowledge of common inspection equipment used in fabrication and machining.

- Good understanding of ISO9001:2015; TS16949:2016 - beneficial

- Knowledge of problem analysis methodologies (i.e. 8D, Ishikawa, 5-Why)

Location: Bedwas, Caerphilly, Newport, Cardiff, Pontypridd and Surrounding Areas.
