Position: Quality Inspector

Location: Leeds

Salary: 28,000 - 34,000 + Excellent benefits including bonus and onsite gym

Nicholas Associates (Engineering, Manufacturing & Technical) are recruiting for a Quality Inspector on behalf of a well known Engineering business with a great reputation.

The Role

• Conducting dimensional inspections while minimising any disruption to production
• Adhering to Inspection Test Plans
• Creating both certification and reports based upon inspection results
• Providing feedback to relevant teams on issues and raising non-confirmances

The Person

• A background of working as a Quality Inspector within a Mechanical Engineering environment
• Competence in the use of hand held measuring tools such as verniers, micrometers etc.
• Experience of NDT/Dye Penetration would be an advantage but is not essential
