Job Title: Quality Engineer
Hours of work: Monday - Friday (Days)
Location: South Yorkshire
Nicholas Associates Group (Engineering & Technical Division) is recruiting on behalf of a long-standing client for a Quality Engineer to be based in our clients' manufacturing facility in South Yorkshire.
Responsibilities:
- Review the ISIR, PPAP & FAI packs before submission
- Being the primary point of contact for both internal and external quality concerns
- Investigate internal and external non-conformances and implement CAPA measures
- Weekly reports on internal process performance data and reporting the quality performance data on project specific meetings
- Lead and conduct investigations reported from the Quality Manager
- Ensuring preventative actions are in place following supplier NCR forms being generated
About you:
- AIAG and RCA qualification/experience
- Experience with Welding, Fabrication and Machining
- Eye for detail
- Team player with respect for others
- Able to give and receive constructive feedback
- Highly motivated self-starter
- Knowledge of Defence and/ or Rail requirements
