Position : Project Manager

Location : Sheffield, Rotherham, Doncaster, Barnsley, Wakefield, Leeds, Bradford, Dewsbury, Castleford, Pontefract, Huddersfield, M1 corridor, M62

Sector : Special purpose machinery

Salary : £45,000-£60,000 according to experience

Place of Work : Office based. Due to the nature of the role, there is little scope for home working in this role

About the role :

Managing the design, build, test, installation and commissioning of special purpose machinery. Processes include CAD design, CNC metal preparation, welding and fabrication, assembly. Mechanical, electrical and control systems elements

About You :

• Holds a formal qualification to HNC level or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Manufacturing or a similar subject
• Proficient with MS Project
• Proficient with MS Excel
• Experience with bespoke / special purpose machinery design and installation
• Experience of design and build projects from £500,000 to £5 million
• Experience of projects up to 1 year duration
• Full UK driving licence
