Our client is a successful Residential Groundworks sub-contractors based in the UK. The company is expanding and are looking for a Project Manager to join their team.
Role and Responsibilities
Managing the Site Engineer, Foremen, labour and plant
Communication and information flow with the Project / Contracts manager and the client
Implementing the Company Health & Safety Management Systems and Procedures and Quality Assurance Procedures.
Report progress on projects, maintain and update project reporting, checkpoints and financial reporting to a high standard.
Liaise with Contract Managers, Clients, Site Supervisors, Site Engineers
Setting and maintaining the program on site
Ordering materials & their management once on site
Hiring and Off-hiring plant
Experience Needed:
Experience of working as a Project Manager or a Senior Project Manager for a Residential Groundworks sub-contractor
Proven track record in leading large teams.
Successful track record in making independent, strategic decisions.
Commercially aware with excellent people management skills
Extensive local and sector knowledge.
