We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to oversee a £6 million groundworks package in Oxfordshire.

The ideal candidate will be confident managing both the technical and operational aspects of the site while maintaining strong communication with the client.

Key responsibilities:

· Deliver a complex groundworks package to programme and budget

· Manage site operations across both phases of the project

· Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors and suppliers

· Ensure HSEQ standards are met at all times

· Build and maintain strong relationships with the client and stakeholders

· Provide regular reporting and updates using appropriate software

Ideal candidate:

· Previous experience in Project Management (on commercial groundworks project)

· Background as a Site / Senior Engineer

· Experience delivering groundworks or civil engineering packages

· Computer literate - proficient in MS Project, Excel and other relevant tool

· Able to manage subcontractors and co-ordinate multiple teams

· Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills

· Comfortable in a client-facing role

Qualifications:

· Degree or HNC in civil engineering (preferred)

· SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (essential)
