Our client is a groundworks and reinforced concrete frame sub-contractor based in London. Reporting to a Contracts Manager, the Project Manager will be responsible for a groundworks and reinforced concrete frame package within the M25, lead an entire site team, responsible for health and safety, resources allocation, team management, planning and monitoring progress of projects, budget management, procurement of materials and technical queries.

We are looking for experienced candidates who can demonstrate significant successes and a record of achievement in the management of groundworks and reinforced concrete frame packages, together combined with commercial skills and the ability to organise, plan and control site teams whilst remaining focused on delivering the project within the commitment of the contract.
