An established civil engineering contractor is looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver a range of projects across the North West.
This is a hands-on role with responsibility for the full project lifecycle, including programme, commercial performance, client management, subcontractors, quality and health & safety.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects from mobilisation through to completion.
  • Manage programme, budgets, risk, change and commercial performance.
  • Coordinate site teams, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Manage client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to specification.
  • Lead progress meetings, reporting and project close-out.

Experience Required

  • Proven Project Management experience within civil engineering or infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of programme, cost and commercial management.
  • Experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Good client and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with NEC contracts would be advantageous.
  • Relevant industry qualification such as HNC/HND, degree, CIOB or ICE membership is desirable.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Suitable Backgrounds
Candidates from highways, groundworks, utilities, structures, drainage, earthworks or infrastructure backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
