Job Details

Project Engineer to work for a well know manufacturing Company supplying precision products to the aerospace sector .

The Role

Responsible for the engineering aspects of NPI projects by understanding customer requirements and developing and managing manufacturing plans for each project

Ensure prototype and serial production of parts is moved through the production facility in line with the project plan

Work with sub contractors to deliver specific aspects of NPI

Manage the technical risks and requirements

Manage customers and external suppliers to ensure full compliance

Technical presentations

Failure investigations associated with NPI

The Person

Delivered complex and simple NPI projects in aerospace , working within a gated process

Experience of FAIR's

Experience of presenting technical requirements and project plans

Experience of GANTT charts

Experience of project planning

A Green Belt would be desirable
