Position: Production Supervisor
Location: Doncaster
Salary: 25,000 - 28,500
Shifts: Days regular

As Production Supervisor you will be responsible for:

• Leading the focus for CI & HSE projects and proactively looking for new solutions
• Co-Ordinate and control the reprocessing department, ensuring workflow of material is optimised and maintained
• Ensure that the material output of the department matches the input and that any backlogs/bottlenecks are mitigated for
• Consistently ensure a safe working environment is being maintained
• Ensure efficient management of the department and provide the best support cross-functionally to wider business departments

Ideal candidates will have the following skills and experience:

- A good understanding and/or appreciation of mechanical systems
- Experience and a good understanding of lean / continuous improvement principles
- Ability to manage a process and people, any previous management experience would be beneficial
- A solid appreciation for HSE regulations both internal and external
- Professional, an ability to work well with others and a good working knowledge of Microsoft office
