Pay: £28,000 - £30,000

Hands‑on, heavy‑duty role with a brand‑new company

A newly established business in the concrete rebar support sector is looking for a skilled Operator to join their growing team. This is a physically demanding, hands‑on position suited to someone confident working with heavy materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment used in concrete reinforcement and rebar support
• Carry out heavy, hands‑on installation and assembly tasks
• Support daily site operations and work closely with the wider team
• Maintain equipment and follow strict safety procedures
• Assist the Foreman to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery

What We're Looking For

• Strong technical skills within concrete reinforcement, rebar support, or similar structural work
• Experience operating relevant machinery or equipment
• Physically fit and comfortable with heavy manual work
• Practical, reliable, and confident working on the tools
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
