Nicholas Associates (Engineering, Manufacturing & Technical) are recruiting on behalf of an engineering client for a Production Manager at their Sheffield site.

The Production Manager will be ensuring manufacturing processes are run efficiently.

Main Responsibilities

The main responsibilities include:

• Overseeing production processes.
• Determining quality standards.
• Planning and organising production schedules.
• Ensuring health and safety regulations are met.
• General factory management.
• Direct report development.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will have experience of:

• A proven track record in Production Management within a CNC Machining environment.
