Production Controller

Salary: Up to £33k per annum

Location: Llantrisant

Hiring Method: Permanent Contract

Nicholas Associates are working with an established design and manufacturing company based in the Llantrisant area, who are looking to add an experienced Production Controller to their team. The Production Controller will be responsible for the planning and coordination of material control activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver the Production plan, including work orders, production records and lookaheads (weekly and daily)
• Control and process Production records, bulk packing, conversions, and scrap records with Production in a timely manner
• Coordinate cross site orders and stock transfers with finance and other sites
• Assign routings / work centres and control planned adherence
• Coordinate with Design on BOM & Drawing release and updates
• Liaise with purchasing and production to rectify stock shortages
• Identify trends and opportunities for improvement in processes

Key Requirements:

• 3 years Planning or Production Control experience
• Understanding of BOMs (Bills of Materials) & routing structures
• Must be computer literate.

• Monday to Friday
