Our client is a specialist sub-contractor that provides a cut & carve, demolition, temporary works, soft strip-out service to Tier 1 contractors in London and Home Counties. Project values range from £1m to £35m

Responsibilities:

· Develop technical solutions for tender submissions on complex logistically challenging projects cut & carve & demolition projects

· Review and identify client's requirements

· Develop logistics and crane strategy that mitigates site constraints

· Develop technical enquiries & instructions for external supply chain

· Prepare programme of works (including allocation of labour and plant)

· Coordinate with estimating team to ensure commercial/technical alignment- Produce technical submission and tender programme outline

· Develop tender queries & prepare mid bid & post bid presentations

· Liaise with the bid and pre‑construction team to deliver best possible achievable programmes and prices

Requirements

· Experience working for a specialist sub-contractor / cut and carve contractor

· Preconstruction experience

· Engineering or project manager background

· Experience with structural alterations/cut & carve/demolition

· Technically proficient with experience with complex temporary works

· Programming experience

Our client would also consider an Engineer or Project Manager who is looking to get into Pre-Construction.

Remuneration:
