An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to join a leading UK civil engineering and infrastructure contractor with a strong track record of delivering complex projects across the transport, highways, rail, utilities, aviation, commercial and residential sectors. The business has been operating successfully for over 25 years and is recognised for its collaborative approach, technical excellence and commitment to safety and innovation.
Due to continued growth across the Midlands region and a strong pipeline of major infrastructure and regeneration projects, they are looking to appoint an accomplished Pre-Construction Manager to play a key role in securing and shaping future work.
About the Role
Reporting to the Regional Operational Director, you will lead the technical, design and buildability elements of bids and pre-construction activities, ensuring client requirements are fully understood and translated into commercially successful and deliverable solutions. You will work closely with estimating, planning, design, commercial and operational teams throughout the tender, ECI and PCSA stages of projects.
