My client is recruiting for maternity cover 12 month fixed term contract. This role requires a conscientious approach to heading up a busy planning department. Working with various colleagues throughout the business to ensure there is a clear forecast for production taking into consideration costs to the business. Working to KPIs and having the ability to report on trends is essential. Communication and influencing skills are a must in the high pressured role

Daily duties:

• Ensuring the team are up to date with the latest market information and utilising the data effectively
• Monitor demand continuously
• Ensuring data is accurate to allow the factory and labour to be proficient
• Have full awareness of the distribution plan

• Review and evolve the supply / demand and planning system
• Provide structured feedback to all departments

Ideal candidate

• Proven planning And demand skills
• Analytical
• Being able to look beyond todays requirements
• Aware of statistical forecasting
• ERP\Preactor\FRM Knowledge preferred
• Experience working with S&OP processes and procedures
• Fantastic communication skills
