Duties and Responsibilities
Planning project programs and ensuring the projects run efficiently .
Liaising with the tender team in relation to the life cycle of each project.
Planning road and section 278 works for developments.
Identifying any potential quantities / factors that could affect the running of projects.
Taking into account any contract requirements and any major constraints.
Working with the client to ensure that the program for the projects is fit for purpose.
Experience Required
Previous experience planning/programming groundworks and civil engineering packages
Must have experience with roads and sewers, plot works.
Must have experience with section 278 works.
