My client has an excellent opportunity for an experienced paralegal / trainee legal executive to join their fantastic property team.
This role will include assisting senior property lawyers in a very fast-paced department.
You will also have the confidence and experience to assist with residential conveyancing work.
Experience of Case Management Systems, Laserforms and the Land Registry and SDLT Portals are essential. Experience of using Infotrack desirable but full training will be provided.
A minimum of 12 months previous experience in a property paralegal role is essential. Experience of working in a CQS accredited practice desirable.
The ideal candidate will be well organised, flexible, work well under pressure, be numerate and have a good telephone manner.
Role specifics include;
* Updating clients on case progress
* Communicating with Estate agents, lenders and other agencies
* Day to day assistance for the property team in all our offices.
