We are looking for a Packhouse Team Leader for a growing produce company based in Norwich. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering unbeatable customer service to both internal and external customers.

Job Responsibilities:-

- Provide clear leadership to the Packhouse team.

- Ensure that the packhouse staff resource is at an optimum so that productivity is at a maximum.

- Plan and maintain stock levels.

- Ensure that the Packhouse is compliant with all Food Safety and Health and Safety procedures.

- Responsible for supervising and managing performance and conduct of workers to ensure workers behave and act as trained. This also in respect of Company property including dangerous machinery, chemicals and also caravans.

- Manage appropriately workers that are living on site.

Job Requirements:-

- Good working knowledge of farm operations would be highly beneficial.

- Able to manage a diverse workforce.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Good attention to detail.

- Good team player and can motivate a team to perform at their best.

Salary:-

29000 to 30000 DOE
