Office Planner & Installations Administrator

Location:- Harworth

Pay Rate:- NEG and will increase following successful probationary period

Hours of Work:- 40 Hours Per Week, 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

Duration:- Permanent Position

Job Role:- This role will incorporate both Strong Administration skills and Customer Service.

About You:

  • You will have a keen eye for detail
  • You will possess good communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
  • You will be highly organised with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • You will be interested in expanding your knowledge of the Window and Doors Manufacturing Industry.

About the Role

  • You will liase with Customers, suppliers and contractors on a daily basis
  • You will provide pricing for Customers
  • You will input data onto specialised systems
  • You willl dealing with and track deliveries
  • You will co-ordinate installations and building completion.
  • You will process orders
  • You will giving accurate timescales for orders and deliveries
