Are you a Mechanical Fitter who wants to work a Monday to Friday days position 8am to 4:30pm with a base salary of £33400 per annum (Annual pay review will be 1st April) plus overtime earnings of £38000 and upwards achievable?

Job Title: Mechanical Fitter

Location: Dumfries

Industry: Manufacturing

Salary: £33400 + OT = earnings of £38000 and upwards achievable

Shift: Monday to Friday days only

Overview:

With manufacturing sites located across the UK you will be part of a larger group that produce products that are always in need.

Key responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer role:

- To maintain service and repair all automated machinery to minimise production down time using engineering techniques

- Provide technical support on all projects, installations and breakdowns

- PPM's

The ideal candidate / Mechanical Fitter may have some of the following, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually:

- Time served apprentice trained

- Educated in a relevant discipline - City and Guilds/NVQ level 3/HNC/HND etc.

- Previous experience working as a mechanical fitter within a machinery maintenance environment would be beneficial
