Hours: Monday to Thursday (7.30am - 4.30pm) Friday (7.30am - 12.30pm) - 39 hours per week

Overview:
With manufacturing facilities located across the UK, we now require a Mechanical Design Engineer to join the Manufacturing and Engineering team. You will part of a large engineering function of Manufacturing Engineers with a key focus on press tool design.

The ideal candidate / Mechanical Design Engineer - Die Design may have some of the following experiences, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually:

  • Proven experience in sheet metal press tool design, with a distinct portfolio of small, high-precision components.
  • Competent with Solidworks
  • HNC/HND or Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering, OR a completed Toolmaking Apprenticeship paired with design experience

Commutable from:
Redditch, Alcester, Solihull, Bromsgrove, Coventry, Worcester, Birmingham and surrounding areas.
