Position: Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Leeds

Salary: 30,000 - 33,000 + Excellent benefits

Nicholas Associates (Engineering, Manufacturing & Technical) are recruiting for a Manufacturing Engineer on behalf of a genuinely modern manufacturing business with a great product.

This is a development role for someone looking to become a fully fledged engineer with all the training and development provided to enable this

The Role

• Taking an active role in the in supporting the production team in terms of handling increasing volumes while effectively managing cost, quality and efficiency. Involvement with;
• NPI
• Process Development
• New Machinery
• Developing and maintaining processes and procedures in the factory
• Carrying out problem solving activities such as 8D

The Person

• Relevant qualifications in either Manufacturing or Engineering at HNC/HND level or above
• Experience in at least one of the following;
• Manufacturing and assembly
• CNC Operation
