Are you a Manual Machinist who is competent at manual turning and wants to work Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 16:30 and Fridays 7:30am to 12:30?

The basics:

Job Title: Manual machinist / Manual turner

Location: Ripley

Pay: £16.97 per hour to £18.55 per hour

Contracted hours per week: 39hrs

Overtime: 1.5. Mon-Fri from 3pm onwards and Saturday until 12 midday. Double time Saturday 12 onwards and Sundays.

Industry: Manufacturing

Holidays/Benefits: 33 days, 13 weeks company sick pay, 4% pension contribution.

Overview:

Working in modern purpose built manufacturing facilities we now require a manual machinist to join the team.

Key responsibilities of the Manual machinist role:

- Produce precision engineered parts in the manual turning section.

The ideal candidate / Manual Machinist may have some of the following, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually:

• Must have previous experience manual machining
• Competent at reading engineering drawings

Commutable from: Ripley, Heanor, Ilkeston, Alfreton, Nottingham, Derby and surrounding areas.
