Shift Pattern: Full-time Monday to Friday

Nicholas Associates (Engineering, Manufacturing & Technical) are recruiting on behalf an engineering organisation for a Maintenance Team Leader to join their Lincoln site.

The Role

Based in Lincoln the Maintenance Team Leader's role and responsibilities will include:

• Manage team of Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Engineers.
• Respond to and manage all maintenance issues throughout the site.
• Manage introduction and installation of new equipment.
• Oversee all solutions to HSE issues.
• Facilities maintenance.
• Mentoring apprentices and trainees.

The Person

The successful Maintenance Team Leader will be:

• A time served Mechanical Engineer with experience of team management.
• Delegation skills and experience.
• Adherent to HSE rules and procedures.
• Experienced in maintenance, trouble shooting, PPM, repairing PLCs.
• Able to read and understand maintenance schematics.
• Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces.
