Maintenance Supervisor - Days only to join this well established and highly successful manufacturing/processing company

You will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance team carry out preventative maintenance and general maintenance , repairs and attend to plant breakdowns ensuring the team work to the highest standards of Health , Safety and Environmental

The role

Manage and develop the team

Ensure risk assessments and safe systems of work are in place for maintenance

Ensure PPM program is followed

Manage the spares stock

Manage the fixed plant , mobile plant and site maintenance

Ensure all paperwork is of a high standard

Ensure the highest standards of Safety

Prioritise the workload of the team

Ensure conformance to 14001 , 18001 and 9001

The person

A fully trained multi skilled Engineer

" Hands on "

Experience of medium to heavy industrial plant Expeience of PLC's and working on semi automated Plant

Supervisory experience

Excellent communicator

Good Planner

Customer focussed

A strong leader
