Position: Maintenance Engineer

Location: Crewe

Salary: 36,000 (includes shift allowance)

Shift Pattern: Days/Nights

Nicholas Associates (Engineering, Manufacturing & Technical) are recruiting on behalf of a well known, fast paced manufacturing client for a Maintenance Engineer at their Crewe site.

The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for the continual maintenance and repairs for on-site machinery. This role is on a shift basis; 6am – 1.30pm, 1.30pm – 9pm and 10.30pm – 6am.

Main Responsibilities

• Conducting both planned and reactive maintenance within the business to minimise the risk of breakdown
• Management and maintenance of engineering records.
• Recommend changes to machinery in order to improve efficiency in the factory

The Candidate

• Relevant Engineering qualifications such as 17^th or 18^th Edition
• A proven track record of Multiskilled maintenance
• Experience of maintenance within a fast paced production environment
