Are you a Maintenance Engineer with an Electrical qualification?
Do you have any supervisory experience gained within your working maintenance roles? For example:
-Have you led a team
-Have you mentored apprentices
-Have you stood in on management duties

With manufacturing sites located across the UK, we now require an additional Maintenance Team Leader to join the team.
Official job title: Maintenance Team Leader
Salary: 50,399 + Overtime = earnings of 55,000 and upwards
Hours/Shift:
Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Week 2 - Wednesday & Thursday
18:00-06:00
Location: Leicester
The ideal Trainee Maintenance Team Leader will have as many of the following in order to strengthen application
Time served apprentice trained OR above HND/Degree etc.
Must have an electrical qualification and be multi skilled.
Previously worked at Team Leader or Supervisory level beneficial OR can qualify where they have supervised or had supervisory duties examples required
An influential Leader and have an understanding of the latest maintenance techniques.
Must be PC literate.
Key duties/responsibilities:
Help establish Maintenance Engineering strategies to achieve the overall plant reliability.
Help develop the PPM system ensuring checks and repairs are carried out on time and effectively by the shift engineers.
Monitor spares for critical equipment to ensure a fast response to breakdowns.
Promote effective communication between internal / external teams
Maintain a positive Health, Safety and environmental culture in all staff and contractors on site.
Coach, mentor and support all team members to optimise their performance
