The basics:

Pay: £16.64, £17.26, £17.88 DOE

Shift pattern: 39 hours per week working the Late Shift; 16.30 to 02.30 Monday to Wednesday and 16.30 to 01.30 Thursdays

Industry: Manufacturing - Precision Engineering and machining

Overtime available at x1.33 Mon-Fri, x1.5 Saturday and x2 Sunday

Holidays/Benefits: holidays are calculated in hours but work out to be 5.6 weeks of annual leave per year inc. bank holidays, increasing to 6.6 weeks inc. bank holidays following 1 year of continuous service. Death in Service Benefit - 2 x annual salary. Employer 3% / Employee 5% - Pension.

Overview:

We now require a Machine Operator to join the late shift. Working CNC operated machinery you will be tasked to produce precision engineered parts - previous experience operating machinery in a metals manufacturing environment required.

Key responsibilities of the Machine Operator role:

• Set and Operate CNC machinery - specific machinery training can be given.

The ideal candidate / Machine Operator may have some of the following, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually:

• Must have previous experience operating machinery - working with metals.

Commutable from:

Redditch, Alcester, Stratford-upon-Avon, Droitwich and surrounding areas.
