Nicholas Associates are partnered with a leading civil engineering contractor to find them a Lead Estimator. The company has a turnover above 200 million per annum, typically acting as specialist sub-contractor within the groundworks, reinforced concrete structures, hard & soft landscaping, infrastructure sectors. Their customers are Tier 1 main contractors working on landmark schemes across London and the UK.

The Opportunity:

Work closely with Head of Work Winning on projects from 1m to 100m
Examine incoming tenders in depth to review risks
Provide leadership and exceeds tender deliverables.
Coaching, training, and mentoring your supporting team.

Essential Experience:

Previous experience working for a Civil Engineering, Reinforced Concrete Frame, Groundwork sub-contractor
Previous experience working as an experienced Estimator.
A minimum of 5 years' experience
