Role: Laser Programmer

Location: Sheffield

Salary: £30,000-£40,000 (DOE)

We're supporting a well‑established engineering and manufacturing business in Sheffield who are looking to bring in a Laser Programmer to join their growing team.

The Role

• Creating and optimising laser cutting programs
• Using Lantek to prepare accurate cutting files
• Nesting components to maximise material efficiency
• Working closely with production teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Troubleshooting programming or machine issues when required

What You'll Need

• Experience as a Laser Programmer or similar role
• Strong CAD/CAM skills, Lantek experience is desirable
• Understanding of sheet metal fabrication
• Good attention to detail and problem‑solving ability
