Position : IT Systems Engineer, IT Infrastructure Engineer

Location : Grimsby

Salary : 30-40,000 plus benefits package

The Role :

• Developing, implementing and supporting all business IT systems for a multi-site organisation
• Working with both IT (Lan, Wan, San) and telephony systems
• Ensuring that a solution is found to all IT infrastructure problems with the minimal possible negative impact on the business
• Working as part of a project team on IT systems development, testing, implemetation and training
• A very varied role which may include infrequent travel to multiple sites throuhgout the UK

The Person :

• Fault finding and troubleshooting skills are essential, ideally in a multi-site environment
• Experience of MS Windows Server network technology
• Experience of various operating systems eg Linux, Red Hat
• Experience of supporting large user volume Active Directory environments
• Ideally CCNA and Microsoft certified
• Experience of a wide variety of end user hardware including laptop, mobile (phone, tablet), thin client
• Experience of ERP / MRP systems is beneficial
• Manufacturing sector experience is preferred but is not essential
• Cloud management experience (VMWare, VSphere
