About the Role

An established consultancy in Sheffield is looking to add an Intermediate Electrical Engineer to its building services team. The role suits someone who's built a solid technical foundation and is now ready to take on more responsibility, with a clear path toward senior progression.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Designing electrical systems for a range of building projects
  • Producing calculations, drawings, and technical reports
  • Working closely with mechanical engineers, architects, and external partners
  • Supporting project delivery from concept through to completion
  • Contributing to internal standards and helping improve design processes

What They're Looking For

  • Around 4 years' experience in electrical building services design
  • Good understanding of relevant software and industry standards
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a wider team
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
  • Experience within a building design consultancy or construction environment (preferred)
