The basics:

• Industrial Electrician - production line maintenance team
• Industry: Manufacturing
• Location: near Mountsorrel - Leicester
• Pay: £45,800 + overtime available = earnings of £50,000 and upwards achievable.
• Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am to 4pm and Fridays 6am to 4pm - Some flexibility required to cover shift engineers when they have holidays working 4on 3off 6am to 6pm / 6pm to 6am - approx. 12 shift per year. This would pay a shift premium.
• Overtime: x1.5 Mon-Sat and x2 on Sundays
• Holidays: 25 days

Overview:
We now require a Industrial Electrician to join the maintenance team for a large manufacturing business working onsite full time maintaining production machinery with a key focus towards pro-active maintenance - looking a repeatable faults and finding solutions to help aid smooth production. You will work closely with the maintenance team who will have a focus on re-active maintenance, with some duties to help aid the re-active maintenance team.
Key responsibilities of the Industrial Electrician role:

• Working collaboratively with the maintenance electricians you will be tasked to install, troubleshoot and find solutions to electrical faults.
  

The ideal candidate / Industrial Electrician may have some of the following, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually:

• Time served, apprentice trained or above in an Electrical discipline
• Previous experience working in a an industrial or commercial electrical environment - production, manufacturing, large electrical installations etc.

Loughborough, Leicester, Melton Mowbray, Coalville and surrounding areas.
