Position : HVAC Project Engineer (Technical)

Location : Hull area. M62 Corridor

Commutable areas : Hull, Beverley, York, Goole, Scunthorpe, Grimsby, Doncaster, Castleford, York, Market Weighton, Pontefract, Leeds, Driffield, Scarborough

Salary : 40-50,000 basic plus excellent benefits package. Overall salary negotiable according to experience

Remit :

• Review enquiries and RFQs along with the sales teams
• Provide concept designs including specifying chillers, AHU, pipework, air flow calculation etc
• Assist in preparation of Bills of Materials
• Check engineering drawings for suitability
• Attend project meetings with clients
• Review all psychrometric data
• Assist with documentation for the operations / maintenance manuals
• Assist with costing calculations
• Assist Site Managers / Project Installation Managers with any issues or problems on site
• Perform post-project evaluation reports

Requirements :

• Degree qualified in a relevant subject OR qualified by extensive experience
• Good experience within HVAC building services is essential
• Experience as many of the following as possible
• chilled water systems
• ventilation systems
• low pressure hot water systems
• psychrometrics
• air conditioning systems
• control systems
• A solutions provider
• People facing with excellent interpersonal skills
• Full driving licence and able / willing to travel to sites when needed
• CAD skills beneficial but not essential
