With a commitment to safety, innovation and operational excellence, they offer a collaborative environment where employees can contribute to meaningful projects and ongoing business growth. They are looking for a new HSE Manager to join the team.

You will work closely with managers across the organisation to ensure safe working practices are in place and continuously improved.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure full compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental legislation
    * Develop, review and implement HSE policies, procedures and systems
    * Conduct and manage risk assessments, COSHH assessments and internal audits
    * Lead accident investigations, reporting and analysis to drive continuous improvement
    * Promote a proactive safety-first culture across all departments
    * Work closely with production and engineering teams to implement safety improvements
    * Develop and maintain Safe Systems of Work and Permit to Work processes
    * Coordinate contractor and visitor safety on site
    * Lead HSE meetings and ensure actions are followed through
    * Oversee emergency planning, evacuation procedures and first aid provision
    * Support general HSE administration and communication across the business

About You

  • Previous experience in a Health, Safety & Environmental role within an industrial or manufacturing environment
    * Strong understanding of HSE legislation and best practice
    * Able to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
    * Proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on continuous improvement
    * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    * Organised, reliable and professional
