Nicholas Associates (Engineering, Manufacturing & Technical) are recruiting on behalf of an engineering client for a Health and Safety Advisor at their Derbyshire site.

The successful candidate will assist with maintain all health & safety matters across the site.

Main Responsibilities

The main responsibilities for the Health & Safety Advisor will include:

• Assist with the development and implementation of health & safety programs
• Carry out incident investigations
• Ensure legal compliance with regards to health & safety matters
• Deliver suitable implementation plans

The Candidate

You will need to be a competent risk assessor with thorough knowledge of relevant H&S legislation.

The successful candidate will have experience of:

• NEBOSH and IOSH
• Extensive experience within a similar role
